The Resistance Room
A studio where you will discover the Save Roșia Montană campaign, launched against the mining project that threatened the village in order to extract the remaining gold. The articles, photographs, and testimonies displayed here tell the story of the community’s resistance and of the protests that made Roșia Montană known across the country.
Maximum capacity: 3 people
Private bathroom: Includes a shower, towels, soap, electric boiler, toilet, and sink.
Kitchenette: Equipped with a fridge, dishes, cutlery, stovetop, oven, and sink.
Amenities: Wi-Fi, library, board games.
Heating: Wood-burning stove (the room will be heated upon arrival, and firewood will be prepared to maintain or rekindle the fire).
Guests have access to a shared courtyard with hammocks, a gazebo, sleds, bicycles, and paddleboards for rent.

A house with a bathroom and a kitchen, where you will discover the artistic side of miners’ wives. An old sewing machine, a small loom, and various textile works will show you how grandmother passed on her delicacy, patience, and care for others.

This historic house once hosted the old 19th-century bank of Roșia Montană, where gold extracted from underground was exchanged for money and explosives. Here, you will discover the path of gold, preserved in photographs, rocks, and tools from the past.

we have a neighbor who can prepare cooked meals for you and deliver them to your accommodation, you will find the contact on the checkin instructions
there are restaurants located 15 minutes by car: Regal Câmpeni , La Pociu Câmpeni , Laguna Abrud .
you can't barbecue in the yard, but we recommend the places arranged with a special view from Tăul Brazi (5 min by car).
Grocery store Transmontana is a 3-minute walk away or Peny Campeni is a 15-minute drive away.
Local products : milk, cheese, eggs, brandy, tea and other herbal products you will find a list of locals who provide them upon arrival, you will find their contacts on the checkin instructions
